On the eighth day of the first lunar month, an auspicious day and favorable hour, all staff of Banfert have returned to their posts in high spirits and with full enthusiasm, greeting the first workday of the Year of the Horse. The factory premises are filled with joyous atmosphere and soaring morale, marking the beginning of a new journey.

Joyful Blessings, Opening Red Envelopes

At 9 a.m., a lively commencement ceremony was held at Banfert’s headquarters factory area. The scene was brimming with joy and resounding with cheers, playing the vigorous melody of striving in the new spring. Subsequently, Mr. Li Xinxiong, Chairman of the company, extended New Year blessings to all employees and, together with the core leadership team, personally distributed "opening" red envelopes filled with good wishes and auspicious blessings to each staff member. What they received were red envelopes, but what they felt was the familial warmth and expectations from the company. This profound gesture motivates everyone to embrace the new year with vigorous, dragon-horse-like energy and full drive, striving for a "strong opening" in the first quarter and an "outstandingly successful performance" throughout the year.

Safety First Upon Resumption, Escorting the New Journey

Amidst the high spirits of resuming work, safety takes precedence. Following the joyous commencement ceremony, the company’s EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Management Department organized comprehensive safety training for all employees regarding the return-to-work and restart of production operations. At the training session, the EHS Department, closely aligning with the high-risk nature of the chemical industry and the practical needs of the company’s current development stage, meticulously designed and delivered systematic, scenario-based safety education. The training focused on three core dimensions: safety during the post-holiday operational restart, safety for external field operations, and protective measures for overseas assignments. By combining "theory with practice" and "cautionary lessons with practical guidance," it comprehensively enhanced employees’ safety literacy and emergency response capabilities.

The training covered a broad scope with substantial and specific content. It included core internal aspects such as operational procedures for production equipment, safety lockout procedures for equipment maintenance and inspection, and risk control for hazardous processes. It also extended to often-overlooked peripheral areas like commuting traffic safety, coordinated management of external contractors and visitors, and personal and property safety protocols for business travelers and staff stationed abroad. This truly achieved a safety education program with "no blind spots, complete coverage, and a strong emphasis on practical effectiveness."

Chairman Li Xinxiong participated in the entire training session and delivered concluding remarks. He emphasized that safety is not a slogan but the bottom line for corporate survival and the cornerstone of development. He pointed out that from management to frontline employees, safety awareness must be internalized and translated into concrete actions, achieving deep integration at the cognitive, execution, and cultural levels to build a robust safety management system characterized by company-wide participation, process-wide coverage, and comprehensive control.

With safety as the foundation, one can advance steadily and go far; with clarity of purpose and meticulous planning, one can gallop forward with confidence. Banfert will firmly hold this "invisible yet strongest" line of defense—safety—and on this basis, stride forward with steady pace and unwavering courage.

The new spring has arrived, and the drums of endeavor urge us onward. The people of Banfert, with the spirited vitality reminiscent of the legendary dragon-steed and a self-motivated drive that needs no external prompting, will gallop at full speed toward higher goals in this spring season brimming with hope.
