In the vibrant March, Banfert embraced the spring breeze and successfully concluded its exhibitions at the Changsha Build Expo and the Guangzhou Home Furnishings Expo.

Consecutively participating in these two major industry events, Banfert, with its core philosophy of "Making Panels More Beautiful and Desirable," made a stunning appearance featuring six core product series: NexFeel Soft Ceramic Film, CoreBuilt Board, EB Curing Innovative Solutions, Digital 3D-UV Coating Solutions, Healthy Furniture Coatings, and Eco-friendly Adhesives. Through comprehensive material solutions, Banfert presented the industry with its answer sheet on "Beauty" and "Desirability."

For over a decade, Banfert has consistently resonated with the home furnishing industry. From initially focusing on the R&D of water-based/UV furniture coatings to gradually expanding into cutting-edge fields like digital printing, EB curing, and film materials, we have witnessed the transformation of panels from single-function materials into aesthetic carriers and value cores. This exhibition participation served not only as a concentrated review of Banfert's technological prowess in panel coating materials but also as a significant opportunity to explore future trends and pursue high-quality development alongside partners across the industrial chain.

Aesthetic Advancement: Let Culture and Design Flourish on Panels with the CMFP Concept

"Beauty" is the first impression of a panel and the primary factor that captivates consumers. At the exhibition, Banfert vividly demonstrated how to transform panels into artistic vessels carrying Eastern culture and individuality through the Creative-Culture-Material-Finish-Process (CMFP) concept.

In our insight into 2026 design trends, we delved into the cultural essence of "Elegant China," integrating the poetic elegance from the Classic of Poetryand natural aesthetics into modern design. In the CMFP material display area, a panel printed with "Song Brocade patterns" drew considerable attention. This was not mere pattern replication; instead, high-precision digital printing technology accurately restored the warp-weft texture and warm hues of Song Brocade, endowing the panel with connotations of Eastern culture. A home designer remarked, "Integrating intangible cultural heritage into home furnishing materials like this preserves traditional charm while meeting modern aesthetics. It's exactly the 'panel with a story' we've been looking for."

Beyond CMFP design trends, we also showcased design solutions for products in different spaces. Samples of panels with stone, wood, and parquet patterns became the center of attention, thanks to their artistic lines, exquisite synchronized patterning, and premium texture. "This design is not only enduringly appealing but also adaptable to various decoration styles," our technical staff explained. "Through the CMFP concept, we can customize everything from color matching and texture selection to surface treatment based on client needs, making each panel a highlight in spatial design."

Core Strengths: Five New Products Define the Industry Standard for "More Desirable"

If "Beauty" is external refinement, then "Desirability" represents the intrinsic character of a panel. Under the industry trend of "Building on Green, Improving with Intelligence," a truly "desirable" panel must possess exceptional physical performance and eco-friendly attributes. At this exhibition, Banfert highlighted five key products: NexFeel Soft Ceramic Film, CoreBuilt Board, Digital 3D-UV Coating Solutions, EB Curing Innovative Solutions, and Hot-press Edge-banding Adhesive, using technology to address real pain points.

In the NexFeel Soft Ceramic Film zone, a transparent film material was applied to a melamine board, instantly presenting a delicate granular texture and soft luster. "This is a ceramic-texture film made with a special process, achieving a hardness above 2H. It also enables seamless, continuous lamination and offers excellent high-temperature resistance," explained a staff member. A whole-home customization client expressed keen interest: "This material is perfect for kitchens—resistant to high temperatures and scratches, and the seamless design creates a more integrated kitchen space."

The CoreBuilt Board zone showcased the "inner strength" of panels. Utilizing an SPVC honeycomb structure design, CoreBuilt Board is lighter than conventional panels, environmentally friendly, and significantly improves installation efficiency. A hotel renovation client inquired, "Sound insulation in hotels is highly valued by consumers. How is this panel's sound insulation effect?" We handed him a sample and explained that this panel offers excellent sound insulation—three times better than traditional panels—and its lightweight design makes renovation easier.

The Digital 3D-UV Coating Solutions zone attracted a group around a panel printed with "3D wood grain." "This surface finish uses 'reductive' 3D texturing technology. Not only does the texture have a tactile凹凸感 (raised feel), but it also achieves synchronized patterning, especially in parquet designs, which drew many young visitors," a technician noted. What excited consumers more was the strong personalized customization capability of digital printing, allowing for quick production of preferred colors and textures.

In the EB Curing Innovative Solutions zone, our staff repeatedly scratched a cabinet door sample with a key, leaving not even a faint mark. "This coating uses EB curing technology, achieving a hardness above 4H. Moreover, the curing process emits no harmful substances, allowing occupancy immediately after installation."

At the Hot-press Adhesive zone, a whole-home customization client asked, "What about the bonding strength of this adhesive?" We presented a panel sample bonded with the hot-press adhesive, informing the client that its peel strength exceeds 40N. Specifically designed for continuous hot-press production, this adhesive offers exceptional stability, high bonding strength, and is formaldehyde-free—eco-friendly and durable.

Looking Ahead: Driving High-Quality Industry Development with Material Innovation

Through this exhibition, Banfert not only showcased products and technologies but also conveyed its vision for the industry's future. As the home furnishing industry trends towards "Light High-end Customization" and "Full-case Service," panels, as the core substrate of the industrial chain, see their aesthetic value and practical performance directly impact the competitiveness of end products.

Adhering to the philosophy of "Making Panels More Beautiful and Desirable," Banfert provides the industry with a comprehensive material solution set: from cultural customization and personalized design to eco-friendly technologies and durable performance. We help customized home furnishing enterprises enhance product added value and meet consumer demands for "better homes." Simultaneously, through digital intelligent manufacturing and full-process quality control, we ensure consistent quality for every product, offering solid support for the industry's high-quality development.

Although the exhibitions have concluded, the pace of innovation never ceases. The success at the dual exhibitions in Changsha and Guangzhou not only validated the foresight of Banfert's brand philosophy but also made us hear the market's strong desire for high-quality coating materials.

Moving forward, Banfert will continue to deepen its expertise in the field of coating and surface materials. With more robust technologies, greener products, and more attentive services, we will advance hand-in-hand with industrial chain partners to promote the high-quality development of the home furnishing industry.
